Original Old Spice in Kenya – For Those Fresh Moments

The guy always lets her pick the restaurant whenever they go out for a date. It’s their fourth date and today she picked Java, the one located at Orbit Place on Chiromo lane. Though it’s easily accessible to him, he is not big on Java because of their spices.

She, on the other hand, loves their burgers, Ben’s burger in particular. She claims that it’s not any ordinary burger. It’s a huge cheese and bacon burger, served with fries, salad, and a thousand islands for dressing. She brightens up just describing it.

Chris and Tasha are just getting to know each other. Tasha is still nervous about this whole dating thing as her last relationship did not go so well. However, Chris seems different.

Her office is just a few blocks away so She gets there before him. She had been uneasy all day because she forgot to put on deodorant which is like air to her as she sweats a little more than a regular person.

Thoughts of cancelling the date had gone through her mind. She is now in the washroom freshening up.  She is trying to wipe off excess sweat and put on a body mist. She wonders if there is a nearby shop for Old Spice products.

However, the sweaty smell is still lingering somewhat…

Confused about what to do, she decides to keep her jacket on despite the warm weather.  She wonders if she is obsessing over her freshness but she is too nervous to decide.

She decides to sit outside for the free flow of air. As she is settling down, Chris arrives and she stands up to give him a hug. It turns out to be an awkward hug as she tries her best not to stretch out her arms.

Chris opts to sit next to her as opposed to opposite her. This makes her even more nervous. She beats herself inwardly on agreeing to come on this date when so unfresh. She wonders if Chris can smell her sweaty smell but brushes off the thought.

Chris quickly removes his jacket and comments, “Today is such a humid day. Aren’t you hot?” Tasha gets even more nervous. She calmly says, “It’s alright for me, it feels just right”.

Chris orders the only thing he can eat at Java, fries, two sausages, and orange juice. Tasha, though starving, decides to only have a milkshake. The date goes on just okay but she is somewhat uneasy the whole time and eager to go home

After the date Chris sees her off and he gets another awkward hug. Tasha is relieved that the date is over and swears never again to go on a date without wearing deodorant. She also decides to have one deodorant at home and another in the office.
